Belfast City Council has recently created a new approach to designing and delivering city events, which supports the ambition and creativity of our city. This workshop has been designed to creatively engage the public in thinking about the future of city events.

Make Your Mark: Stitching Stories, facilitated by Great British Sewing Bee's Angeline Murphy, teaches participants the skills to leave their mark on a shared 7metre length of Belfast linen that has been worked on by residents across the city for the past 10 months.

Learn how to stitch, embroider and applique to add your own distinct mark to the fabric that will shared by communities throughout the year represents a modern cityscape for city events. No experience necessary.

Free event. Booking required. Limited spaces available.
