Movement and self-care are important for our mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Join us for some simple flowing movements and breath work on Friday 19 July, Friday 26 July, Friday 2 August or Friday 9 August.

These short self-care sessions can help release tension and empower us to meet the demands of the day again. Whether you are part of a team or wish to attend individually, this accessible practice can be done seated or standing, and is suitable for beginners.
