The session shows exercises that are designed to improve overall health, using gentle, slow movements. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
There are two sessions on each date from:
- 2pm to 3pm and
- 3pm to 4pm.
It is free to attend a session and you don't need to book.
