Public information sessions on PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan

A number of public information sessions are taking place in the city to find out about the EU PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan and getting involved in its co-design.

Delivered by Council, they are taking place on the following dates and locations:

  • Tuesday 28 June (10am - 11.00am) at East Belfast Network Centre, 55 Templemore Avenue
  • Tuesday 28 June (2pm - 3pm) at Spectrum Centre, 331 Shankill Road
  • Wednesday 29 June (10am -11am) at Olympia Leisure Centre, Boucher Road
  • Wednesday 29 June (6.30pm-7.30pm) at Girdwood Community Hub, 10 Girdwood Avenue 
  • Friday 1 July (10am – 11am) at Andersonstown Leisure Centre, 132 Andersonstown Road

PEACEPLUS is a new European Union funding programme designed to support peace and prosperity across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland, building upon the work of the previous PEACE and INTERREG Programmes. 
Anyone interested in peacebuilding and reconciliation should join the sessions.
