Belfast City Council, as promoter, has appointed leading property investor and developer GRAHAM as its long term delivery partner. Through this public–private partnership, the team will deliver a series of residential led mixed use schemes that directly support the Council’s housing growth ambitions. 

By assembling these strategic sites across the city, the programme aims to accelerate housing-led regeneration at scale across a mix of tenures. Early indicative studies suggest that the initial sites, already identified within the city centre, could support a GDV of approximately £280m, delivering hundreds of new homes together with supporting commercial uses, community space and high quality public realm. 

Further development opportunities have also been identified city-wide on sites owned by the Council, other public-sector bodies and third-party landowners. These could generate an additional GDV of around £350m, bringing the total potential programme value to approximately £630m.
