Belfast Stories is a transformative £100 million tourism led regeneration project and a flagship project in the £1billion Belfast Region City Deal programme of investment.

Located in the heart of Belfast City Centre, on the edge of the historic Cathedral Quarter, the development of the 5,000sqm site will include restoration of the Art Deco former Bank of Ireland heritage building. 

Due to open in 2030, Belfast Stories will combine new public space, a visitor attraction and creative hub to deliver a world class visitor destination that tells the stories of Belfast, the people and the place. It will position the city as a leader in cultural production, screen innovation and immersive storytelling. The public spaces will include a central covered courtyard and a rooftop urban park with food and beverage on offer to showcase local produce. The multi-purpose destination aims to attract more than 1.5m visitors per year and play a pivotal role in delivering inclusive economic growth for the city and region.
