We need a road closure application to be made in plenty of time before the event so we can advertise it publicly.
Applications are published in appropriate local newspapers on a rotation basis, and also added to our current applications.
We must then allow a 21-day period for representations to be submitted and to be determined by the council.
If you want to object to or support any proposed road closure, you need to tell us in writing within 21 days of when the notice was published in the local newspaper and on this website.
We must get your comments for objecting or supporting before the objection deadline date, shown in the current road closure applications table.
