Through our ‘City Investment Service’, we proactively work with investors, providing professional and personal connections to help them do business in our city.

We offer a single point of contact that will provide information, facilitate meetings and make introductions to make your investment in Belfast as smooth as possible. As well as business issues we can also provide advice on housing, schools, transport and cultural life.
We can provide information on where to locate your business, including available premises or office space.
We can provide information on local development plans and planning performance agreements as well our pre-application discussion service.
We can outline sector-specific support including citywide skills academies, delivered by our dedicated Employability and Skills team.
We can give you access to meet the buyer events and local supply chain opportunities, as well as providing support on corporate social responsibility with neighbouring communities.
We're proud of our ongoing Sister Cities relationships with Boston, Nashville and Shenyang, as well as membership of the Dublin-Belfast Economic Corridor and Eurocities.

The Belfast Region City Deal is an integrated programme of investment involving the public and private sector that will strengthen the regions offer in key growth sectors.
