The session will cover:

an introduction to the academy programme
what training is involved to gain the skills and qualifications needed to get a job in construction, maintenance and utility work, and
how to apply.

The construction employment academy is aimed at supporting people who would like a job in the construction industry. The course lasts for four weeks starting on Monday 10 November 2025. It includes recognised qualifications and training such as:

CABWI Street Works Certification
CSR Training
Emergency First Aid
Health and Safety at Work
Abrasive Wheels
Fire Warden Training
Manual Handling
