The annual Belfast Schools Cross Country Championships return in February and March this year.
There will be two races on the days of the events.
One boy’s race and one girl’s race which are for P6 and/or P7 pupils.
Each school can enter teams of up to eight athletes, as well as reserves.
There are four regional heats which are held at parks throughout Belfast.
Primary schools can enter into their heat and have the chance to qualify for the Belfast Final.
It is important for all schools to arrive at your heat for 10am on the day. We would also like to ask that the schools that will be attending the Belfast Final could stay for the medal and trophy presentation so that photographs can be taken.
