  • Current projects

These buildings are part of our current Capital Investment Programme.

    Assembly Rooms

Assembly Rooms is a Grade B1-listed building on the corner of North Street and Waring Street in Belfast city centre. Dating back to 1769, it is one of Belfast’s most prominent and architecturally important heritage buildings.

    Floral Hall

Floor Hall is set in the grounds of Belfast Zoo on Antrim Road in north Belfast. The Grade B1-listed 1930s Art Deco building is a former ballroom and entertainment venue.

    Fernhill House and Stables

Fernhill House and Stables are Grade B2-listed buildings on Glencairn Road in north Belfast. The house was built in 1864 and the stables and outbuildings followed in 1880.

    Wilmont House

Wilmont House is set in the grounds of Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park on Upper Malone Road in south Belfast. It was built in 1859 in a demesne which was established in 1740. The building, which is Grade B1-listed, is on the Heritage at Risk NI (HARNI) Register

Former Bank of Ireland building, Royal Avenue

This unique 1930s Art Deco bank building is on the corner North Street and Royal Avenue in Belfast city centre. The Grade B+ listed building and surrounding 5,000m2 site are being redeveloped as part of the £100 million Belfast Stories project.

    2 Royal Avenue

The 2 Royal Avenue building in Belfast city centre was built between 1864 and 1869. It currently operates as a temporary community and cultural events hub. A process is underway to decide on a long-term sustainable use of the ground floor, while we have plans to convert the upper floor into an LGBTQIA+ hub.

    Ulster Hall lighting project

The Grade A listed Ulster Hall in Bedford Street in Belfast city centre opened in 1869. Following a major refurbishment which we completed in 2009, we are now delivering a project to install programmable lighting on the building’s exterior.
