Peace and Reconciliation Action Plan

Introduction

We have been awarded £6.3 million under priority 1.1 of the EU Peace III Programme. This programme supports peace and reconciliation and runs from 2008 to 2010.

We have written a Peace and Reconciliation Action Plan which gives a profile of the Belfast City Council area, an analysis of the local situation and our vision for the city in terms of good relations.

The four main themes are:

We have created a Good Relations Partnership who will be responsible for managing and administering the funding.
