Bins and boxes

Report a problem with your bin

  • Report a stolen, burnt or vandalised bin or box

If your bin or box has been stolen, burnt or vandalised due to antisocial behaviour, you may be entitled to a free new bin.

You will need a crime reference number from the PSNI to order a new bin or box from us – you can ask the PSNI for this when you report the incident to them.

Once you have this number, select the ‘burnt or stolen bin’ option when you use our online order a bin or box form.
