A phased reopening of our community centres began on Tuesday 1 September.
The centres that are open to the public are:
|Divis||North Queen Street|
|Donegal Pass||Sandy Row|
Temporary arrangements are in place to make sure that centres can reopen safely and in accordance with the latest NI Executive guidance and public health advice about COVID-19 (coronavirus).
We have conducted an extensive risk assessment of each facility and are introducing new measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
Hand sanitisers will be available at all our community centres, as well as signage and social distancing markers which will allow visitors to use the facilities safely.
We’ve also put a new booking process in place. To start with, we will only be accepting new bookings from our regular user groups. This means people that had a block booking in place before lockdown was introduced. We will keep this decision under constant review and any updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.
If your group has an existing booking you should contact staff at the community centre to make sure your activity or group meets the requirements of the most up to date guidance.
During the booking process, centre staff will be available to answer any queries you have and advise on the new measures that are in place.
Please note that decisions to reopen our community centres are based on user demand. If we do not have any bookings for a particular centre then it will remain temporarily closed.
To confirm a booking at any of our community centres, groups must complete and return all of the relevant documentation.
