10. Meetings and Reports
10.1
The Contractor shall attend all meetings arranged by the Council for the discussion of matters connected with the performance of the Deliverables.
10.2
Without prejudice to the submission of reports as specified under the Contract, the Contractor shall render any additional reports as to the performance of the Deliverables at such time or times, and in such form as the Contract Manager may reasonably require.
10.3
It is accepted that all personal data is provided consensually to the Council whose lawful basis for processing is for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
