18. Discrimination
18.1
The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations (NI) Order 1997, Sex Discrimination (NI) Order 1976 (as amended), Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations (NI) 2003 and the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (NI) 2006 and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all servants, employees or agents of the Contractor and all sub-contractors employed in the execution of the Contract do not unlawfully discriminate. This Condition shall not in any way relieve the Contractor of his general obligations to comply with any legislative requirements as provided in Condition 9.
