5. Alteration of Requirement
5.1
The Council reserves the right to alter the requirements of the Contract, as detailed in the Specification, should this at any time become necessary. In the event of any alteration of the contractual requirement, the Contract Price shall be subject to fair and reasonable adjustment to be agreed between the Council and the Contractor and recorded in writing.
