38. Transfer of Responsibility
38.1
In the event that a different organisation is required to take over the Deliverables at the expiry or termination of the Contract, the Contractor shall co-operate in the transfer, under arrangements to be notified to him by the Council.
38.2
The transfer shall be arranged between the Council and the Contractor so as to reduce to a minimum any interruption in provision of the Deliverables.
