11. Inspection
11.1
During the Contract Period the Council shall have the power to inspect and examine any of the Deliverables on the Premises at any reasonable time. Where the Deliverables are being performed on any other premises, the Contract Manager or the Council shall on giving reasonable notice to the Contractor be entitled to inspect and examine such Deliverables. The Contractor shall provide free of charge all such facilities as the Council may reasonably require for such inspection and examination. In this Condition, Deliverables includes planning or preliminary work for the Deliverables.
