44. Funded projects
44.1
The Contractor undertakes to ensure that in providing the Deliverables under this Contract that it (nor any of its subcontractors) do anything that would put the Council in breach of any funding conditions that the Council may be operating under. If this Condition 44 applies, then a copy of the relevant funding conditions will be provided with the ITT/ITQ documents.
