16. The Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998
16.1
The Contractor shall not be an unqualified person for the purposes of Section 64 to 66 of the Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998.
16.2
The Contractor shall not sub-contract any of the Deliverables to an unqualified person for the purposes of Section 64 to 66 of the Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998.
