22.1
The Council shall in addition to its powers under any other of these Conditions have power to terminate the Contract at any time by giving to the Contractor three (3) Months' written notice. Upon the expiry of the notice the Contract shall be terminated without prejudice to the rights of the parties accrued to the date of termination.
