When you book your £7.25 Zoodent ticket (or £7.50 with zoo donation), you’ll automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to meet one of our incredible animals up close.
One lucky winner will get to choose from a:
- giraffe feeding experience,
- penguin encounter or
- ring-tailed lemur meet and greet.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get closer to some of the zoo’s most popular residents and learn more about their care from our expert keepers.

- Bring your valid student ID (UniDays accepted)
- All eligible ticket holders will be entered into the draw automatically.

This competition is open to students who book tickets online for Zoodent Day on Saturday 27 September 2025 only. To be eligible, you must also hold a valid student ID (UniDays accepted) and be currently enrolled at an educational facility.

- The competition is strictly for the advertised dates only. Any entries submitted before or after these times will not be accepted.
- The winner will be selected at random. The prize cannot be redeemed for any cash alternative.
- You must book your tickets on online.belfastcity.gov.uk/zootickets, tickets purchased at the admissions desk will not be included.
- You must reside in Northern Ireland to enter this competition.
- To be eligible to win, you must follow the eligibility requirements of the competition, as advertised by Belfast Zoo.
- Only one entry per online order will be accepted, unless otherwise stated.
- Employees of Belfast Zoo and/or Belfast City Council are not eligible to enter.
